What is the function of the brake cylinder
The function of the brake cylinder is to push the brake pads, so that the brake pads rub against the brake drum, forcing the vehicle to reduce and stand. After pressing the brake, the master cylinder generates a thrust to press the hydraulic oil to the cylinder, and the piston inside the cylinder is forced to move and push the brake pads. The brake cylinder is an indispensable chassis brake part of the braking system, and its main role is to push the brake pads and the brake pads to rub the brake drum. Reduces the speed of the vehicle and makes it stationary. After pressing the brake, the master cylinder generates a thrust to press the hydraulic oil to the cylinder, and the piston inside the cylinder is forced to move and push the brake pads. The slow return of the brake pump is as follows: 1. Check whether the piston of the brake cylinder is stuck due to dirt. It is also possible that the conduit that fixes the brake cylinder is stuck and the brake cylinder cannot be returned. 2. If you do not change the brake oil for a long time, the inside of the brake cylinder will be rusted, and the outside of the brake cylinder and the fixed screw of the suspension will be smeared with butter, then loaded into the car and polished with fine sandpaper; 3. The brake pads are not good and too thick, resulting in the piston return is not in place. Before replacing the sub-pump, disassemble the new sub-pump, wash the protective oil before leaving the factory with carburetor cleaner, and install the piston and medical petroleum jelly in the entire sub-pump cavity after washing.
